You may connect your Google account to your ProLegion account in order to make use of certain features like sign-up or sign-in using Google and scheduling events with Google Calendar. This is done through OAuth authentication, a secure mechanism which gives ProLegion access to your Google account data without letting ProLegion know your password.
ProLegion does not use any Google user data for developing, improving, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.We also do not transfer or share any user data acquired via Google Account authentication with any third-party AI services or tools. When you choose to sign in with Google or integrate your Google Calendar, ProLegion may request access to the following data:
Google Sign-In Integration
To enable and enhance your experience on ProLegion:
  • To verify your email address and create or authenticate your user account;
  • To access and display your Google account profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture.
Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:
  • To read and write to your calendar solely for the purpose of scheduling and managing interview sessions, meetings, or related events through your ProLegion account.
Google API Services
ProLegion’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft Account Authentication
You may also connect your Microsoft account to your ProLegion account for features such as scheduling interviews or meetings through Microsoft Teams Calendar. Like Google authentication, this connection uses OAuth, ensuring secure access without exposing your password.
ProLegion does not use Microsoft user data for developing, improving, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.User data accessed via Microsoft authentication is never shared with third-party tools or AI services. When you connect your Microsoft account, ProLegion will:
  • Access your Microsoft Calendar solely for scheduling and managing events within the ProLegion platform.
Microsoft API Services
ProLegion’s use of information received from Microsoft APIs will comply with the Microsoft API Terms of Use.
Retention of Your Personal Data
Your Personal Information will not be retained by Prolegion any longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Information is processed and/or in accordance with legal, regulatory, contractual or statutory obligations as applicable.
At the expiry of such periods, your Personal Information will be deleted or archived in compliance with applicable laws
