You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and firm policies.<h3> </h3><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>Collaboration and Problem Solving:<ul><li>Work effectively within a team to address complex business challenges.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions in response to client needs and obstacles.</li></ul> Data Management and Compliance:<ul><li>Analyze and manage data responsibly while adhering to risk management and compliance procedures.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP TM and related technologies.</li></ul> Communication and Ethics:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and transparency.</li><li>Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all interactions.</li></ul> Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Configure and define SAP TM functionalities, such as Freight Orders, Contracts, Settlement, and Posting.</li><li>Manage Post Processing Framework (PPF), Business Rules Framework (BRF+), Event Management, and EDI Integration.</li><li>Oversee the setup of TM Enterprise Structure, Freight Units, Trip Planning, Load Planning, and Carrier Invoice Integration.</li></ul> Project Management:<ul><li>Independently manage deliverables and collaborate with internal teams and clients.</li><li>Contribute to Centers of Excellence (COE) activities and cross-functional initiatives.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Qualifications and Skills:</h3>Experience:<ul><li>5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with exposure to SAP Sales &amp; Distribution (SD).</li><li>Experience with embedded TM implementation is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.</li></ul> Technical Skills:<ul><li>SAP certification in the TM module is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.</li><li>Experience with Solution Manager during implementations and interface monitoring (EDI/IDOCs).</li></ul> Tools &amp; Platforms:<ul><li>Familiarity with ticket management tools and support environments like ServiceNow, Jira, HP4, MQC, and Solution Manager.</li></ul> Additional Skills:<ul><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li></ul>
