The ideal candidate will have expertise in XML and XSLT transformations and a solid background in structured content workflows, such as document conversions, content management systems, and template design. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain XSLT scripts to transform XML data into various formats (HTML, DOCX, IDML, etc.).</li><li>Work with XML data structures to extract, transform, and load data.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to integrate XSLT processes into applications or workflows.</li><li>Create reusable, modular, and efficient XSLT templates for complex data transformations.</li><li>Validate XML documents against schemas (XSD, DTD) for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize XSLT scripts for performance and scalability.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in XSLT 1.0/2.0/3.0 for XML transformations.</li><li>Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, XQuery, DTD, and related technologies.</li><li>Experience transforming data to multiple formats (HTML, DOCX, IDML).</li><li>Familiarity with XML tools like Oxygen XML Editor, Altova MapForce, or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of publishing standards (DITA, TEI, DocBook) and InDesign workflows is a plus.</li><li>Basic programming knowledge and experience with XML parsers.</li></ul>
